Trinidad & Tobago's Ambassador to the United States, His Excellency Anthony Phillips-Spencer recently met with members of the T&T community in Los Angeles. The Citizens & Friends of Trinidad & Tobago (CFTT) hosted the Ambassador. He was in Los Angeles for a town hall meeting with community members. Among the controversial issues addressed, was the new measure to facilitate processing of passports for T&T Citizens in Los Angeles.
The ambassador assured the community that a resolution is in the making. He told the intimate gathering that beginning in 2017, a representative from his office in Washington DC will visit LA at least once every few months. The ambassador said the representative will assists the community with the processing of passport applications.
